Exeter Law Review Legal Contract

This contract (“Contract”) is entered into on this date by and between the Exeter Law Review (“Publisher”) and the Author, in relation to the submission and publication of the Author`s work in the Exeter Law Review (“Work”).

1. Purpose	The Publisher agrees to publish the Author`s Work in the Exeter Law Review, and the Author agrees to grant the Publisher the right to do so, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Contract.
2. Grant Rights	The Author grants to the Publisher the exclusive right to publish, reproduce, distribute, and display the Work in the Exeter Law Review, in print and electronic formats, including but not limited to digital and online platforms.
3. Compensation	The Publisher agrees to provide the Author with a complimentary copy of the Exeter Law Review issue in which the Work is published, and the Author agrees to waive any monetary compensation for the publication of the Work.
4. Representations Warranties	The Author represents and warrants that the Work is original, has not been previously published, and does not infringe upon any copyright or other proprietary right of any third party.
5. Governing Law	This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Exeter.
6. Entire Agreement	This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the publication of the Work in the Exeter Law Review, and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
